Under the Bounding main is a fundraising event to benefit the Underwater Museum of Art (UMA). The UMA is the beginning presentation of the Cultural Arts Alliance's 'Art in Public Spaces' program and augments Due south Walton Artificial Reef Association's mission of creating marine habitat and expanding fishery populations while providing enhanced artistic, cultural, economic and educational opportunities for the benefit, pedagogy and enjoyment of residents, students and visitors in South Walton.
This year'due south event is scheduled for Wednesday, May 4 from vi-9 p.k. in Grand Boulevard Town Center and is the official boot-off issue for Fine art Month South Walton. The Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County (CAA) is excited to announce that Blues artist and GRAMMY-nominee Jontavious Willis volition headline the 4th almanac "Nether The Body of water" fundraiser for the Underwater Museum of Art (UMA), a collaborative project with the South Walton Artificial Reef Clan (SWARA). "Under the Ocean" will take place on Midweek, May 4th, 6:00 - 9:00 PM, in Grand Boulevard'due south Boondocks Center and is the official kick-off party for Art Month Walton County, a calendar month-long celebration of the Arts that includes many various cultural events throughout the month of May.

The 24-yr-former multi-instrumentalist was nominated for a GRAMMY in 2020 thanks to his latest album, Spectacular Course. Select sculptures volition be on display at the fundraiser and throughout the weekend during the 34th almanac ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival in Grand Boulevard's Town Center and will and so be transferred to Orange Embankment, AL to be prepared for their deployment into the Gulf this summer.
